The world is increasingly volatile no matter where you live. Whether man, woman, or child, we all must be trained to recognize potential threats and understand how to avoid / escape them. We also must be prepared to fight back when we're left with no other choice. Our self-defense training is designed to help you do that.
Instructors Katie Hibbard & Judi Phelps will teach you the fighting skills & techniques you need to address common attack scenarios. We'll start with the basics and build on those fundamental skills as we progress through the program.
This course is co-ed and open to students ages 12 and older. This is a hands-on and physically demanding course, but will also be modified to accommodate all fitness levels.
