It can happen to anyone - be ready!
Our Countering the Mass Shooter Threat seminar offers an in-depth analysis of 48 mass shooting events that have taken place in the U.S. since Columbine in 1999 to examine the common factors and what steps can be taken to deter, protect, respond and mitigate the situation to promote positive outcomes. We'll discuss the importance of developing an Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) with special considerations relating to schools, businesses and places of worship.
This seminar utilizes the USCCA curriculum based on Michael Martin's Countering the Mass Shooter Threat which incorporates the Department of Homeland Security's program titled "Active Shooter: How to Respond" otherwise known as Run, Hide or Fight.
